Due to uncertainty surrounding the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and the possibility of ongoing state travel restrictions the Botanical Training Program will run as a hybrid program in January and February 2022. We will be replacing the usual in-person program with a short, online program of presentations and projects, proposed to run over three weeks starting on Tuesday January 4th alongside a two week period of in-person training and collections experience at a recognised State or Territory herbarium. Exact dates for in-person training will be negotiable between successful applicants and their local herbarium but would be expected to be completed by mid-February. Prospective participants unable to access a recognised State or Territory herbarium may still be eligible to join the online portion of the program. Please contact Bronwyn Collins (bronwyn.collins@csiro.au) for further details. To apply for a place in the program please email Bronwyn Collins (bronwyn.collins@csiro.au) with the following:
Closing date for applications is Friday December 3rd, 2021. |
